young ducks do they start laying at the same time?

I have one duck that is laying in the duck house, will the other ducks start laying too? I'm only finding one egg. I think I have 3 females,and 1 male. They are the same age.

I have two and they were born one day apart - they're 5 months old now. One of mine has been laying for over a week now but I haven't had anything from the other duck yet. I'm not worried - I think it's quite normal. I read up about it when I was worried that neither of them had started laying but it seems to be that they lay as and when they're ready!
