We have a younger White Crested Splash Polish hen (~20 weeks) who sneezes randomly throughout the day. I just heard her having a sneezing fit at 6am but typically her sneezes only occur while eating. We've had other hens sneeze while eating (food gets in the wind pipe) and they sneeze/shake their head to get it out, but have historically grown out of it. This is the first time I've had a hen also sneezing thile not eating, but it's not consistent enough for me to get it on video. She also tends to sleep with her head up and back rather than down and forward, which is weird.
She's been doing this for as long as I can remember. No other hens are sneezing.
Some folks have suggested it could be an infection but I don't see any obvious signs at the moment. Her beak smells fine (she actually smells "fresh" lol) and I don't see any discharge or obvious signs of a cold. She's always had a rather large nose, though, and I wonder if she's just slightly deformed or something. None of our other hens have a nose like this. Any suggestions?

Is her feed dusty or is the coop or run dusty or have any mold or other allergen? If no others are sneezing, it probably is not a virus called infectious bronchitis which spreads through the flock. If you see others sneezing every few minutes then it may be a virus.

We switched to using fermented feed months ago which got the other sneezers to finally stop sneezing while eating, so that shouldn't be the issue. It's been at least 2 months since we noticed her regular sneezing and no one else has the symptoms.
