Young hen limping

I have a 5 month old hen with a hurt leg. She hops on her good foot while holding her bad leg up and inward toes facing her other leg. The leg feels warm to the touch and limp from her hock (knee) down. We have looked up online things regarding her not being able to straitened her leg and it says out of place we tried to put it back in place but it started to hurt her so we stopped. Us touching it does not hurt her but pulling it backward does. Right around her hock it feels as if it’s swollen. Please help us figure out whats wrong with our young hen.
