My toy poodle got into the chicken yard through a locked gate and mauled my chickens. Five are dead. I have one survivor in a box in my living room; she's dazed and is mouth-breathing. I put Neosporin Antiseptic in her wounds (neck, head and vent area). I also gave her vitamin paste (the kind you give dogs.) If she is still alive when I get home, what more can I do? I will give her broth tonight. She has food and water in her box, but she is laying down and only shifting to relieve herself. I don't have her on a heating pad, but it's around 75 degrees here in Houston.
