Start her on the calcium citrate, see if she perks up, if she doesn't then she might have an infection. If you order aqua mox from tractor supply you should get it within three days or so.

I've started her on the Calcium pills 2 days ago but no egg yet. Still having big wet spots under perch...I'm going to attach a picture, does anybody know what's going on?

I'd aim on giving her 600mg Calcium Citrate for a week to see if that helps.

Have you ever dewormed her?

Hard to say if the wet spot is broken egg or not, does it seem to be sticky like albumen when you scoop it up, or just wet?
Look her over for lice/mites and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
