Young hen sitting down frequently

About 2 days ago I noticed a young hen (just about 8 weeks), choosing to stay inside the coop instead of roaming with the group. She seems to be alert, her poo is excellent, and will eat anything you put in front of her face, but once she stands up she's very quick to position herself to sitting again, and will even look for bugs as she sits. When she does walk, I can't notice anything wrong - the only observation thus far is from this morning. I've been around her a lot just examining and I thought I heard a sneeze.

Last thing I'll note is that we have large geese and adult hens, and she does seem a bit intimidated. I've attached some pictures - anyone notice tail down? She's not sticking her legs out when she sits in any odd or concerning manner. I've also attached a picture of the bottom of her feet, where I don't see any issues.

I'm just not sure on this one and appreciate any help. Trying not to assume the worst... something like mareks...but need to take that very seriously with our large flock.

Do her hock joints appear enlarged to you? What are you feeding her? Can you get some human vitamin B or super B complex, and give her 1/4-1/2 tablet daily crushed in her food a spoonful of water? If you could have someone hold a treat in front of her and take a picture of her legs to look at how she holds them, that might help.

Thank you so much for your reply! We are feeding Tucker Milling Show Flock Developer, which is a feed for growing chickens, ducks, geese, etc.! Her hocks do not look enlarged and I will try out the vitamin B!
