Young Layers Wanted in Orange County, CA

I have a nice chicken house & fenced yard in Brea, CA & am looking for 6-10 hens to populate it. Do you have or know of anyone selling young hens?

The county fair is next week and it is held on the Montpelier grounds. I have jelly to enter again this year. Last year I won a 2nd place ribbon for my jam.

Once you know how to do something you can do it with your eyes closed. Plus I have chicldren who help me. A child that can put a box of jelly glasses in the dishwasher and turn it on while I am preparing fruit is a child that gets homemade ice cream by the pool for being a good helper. Incentive pays off well.
