young lethargic hen

My spring Ameracauna hen was fine yesterday, has been laying beautiful small eggs. Today she seems very lethargic. My first clue was she didn't run up to me with the rest of the chickens when I went out. She is just laying around. Went in and sat in the nest box a couple of times, no egg. (but she isn't laying everyday either). I did see her nibble a little at the feed. My question is. Is there something I can do to try to figure out what is wrong? any suggestions appreciated.
I have been feeding Dawson Naturals, soaking it first so they don't waste so much.

I looked at it, There was a whole list, Then what? She seemed to have perked up a little before it was time to go to the roost.
