I have reflected a lot these past few months on why he got so aggressive. Other than protecting his hen group, it seemed like he had some other issues . One person told me that he possibly saw me as a member of the flock and a rival as he got older. I noticed he seemed disturbed by me wearing shorts and especially any kind foot wear that exposed my toes. He would stare at my feet and try to jump on them. I could take off my sandals or flip flops and he would attack them, totally ignoring me at that point. It was very strange. The day in question I was wearing shorts, open toed sandals, and I was distracted away from watching his body posture. In many ways, I blame myself for losing my boy. I should have paid more attention
