Young rescued roo/pullet? Marans?

I picked up 5 chickens of varying breeds and ages this weekend that need TLC. Can anyone tell if this is a Marans or what breed? Age? Sex?
It has feathered legs and seemingly greenish/yellow eyes. It seems to be very smart compared to the other four.

I don't know what breed it is, but that's a cockerel. If you want to know the breeds/genders of the other four, then you can post pictures of them.

He might be four or five months old. He looks young.

Thank you! That's about the only thing I know about him, he's definitely young but not crowing. I know one of the others is a Buff Orpington hen but the 3 others I don't know. I'm hoping they are all hens and I can't tell how old they are, they are all bigger than the gray one. The black one (you can see its head below) is a little hateful so far and the two redish ones (Golden Buffs?) are fairly kind so far. No telling the trauma they may have gone through.

3. Back view of the black/reddish laced one. It wants nothing to do with me or the others. I thought maybe a Dark Cornish?

The red one's are probably Red Star pullets.

From what I can tell, the black/laced one seems to have a pea comb. It's legs don't seem as stocky as pictures I've seen of Dark Cornishs. Do you think it's a hen?
In regards to the sex-links/Red Stars can you tell their age by their combs? They are about the same size with drastically differently sized combs/wattles.
