young rooster

i have a young rooster that just stopped chirping like a chick about a month ago.He crowed for the first time about a week and a half ago but he is still scared of my hens and 2 banty roosters and i was just wondering if that was normal for a young rooster?

That's completely normal; It's just the pecking order and it probably doesnt help that he's younger and smaller, but he'll be fine. Just make sure you seperate him from the flock if their pulling out enough feathers to give him a rash.

I have him separate but will he ever be more like a rooster?

If he's a rooster, he'll be just like a rooster when he grows up.

Boys are normally intimidated by women. When he's a man, he'll express himself in that manner.
