Hi i'm located in Essex and have a young chick in my care which is free to a good home, i was told that it is a gamefowl chick although the owner was unsure. it looks to me like a wyandotte. The bird has a white and black speckled chest, a golden head and silver pencilled feathers on it's back and wings. I believe the chick to be female from the comb being straight and the feathers fast growing however i cannot be certain. The chick is free to a good home if somebody could collect it in the Essex area. It is a tame bird and loves to snuggle and so would be a great pet for children. If anybody on here can tell the breed from photos I would be interested to hear of your opinions on what it could be.
