My younger buff chicky seems like she’s just hanging her head low and kind of balled up? She is still running around, eating and drinking and greeting me at the door for treats when I enter. She otherwise looks fine?? Any thoughts??

I would immediately treat for coccidiosis. She's obviously not doing well and this posture is a typical sign of cocci. Do you have access to Corid? Not sure your location but if in the US, you can find it at Tractor Supply.
you can also find it at your local Bomgaars

She’s been in with my other chickens, should I be worried? Do I need to do anything for them?

Cocci mostly kills the younger ones. The adults should be fine.

You're going to be putting the meds in their water so they'll all get a treatment. It doesn't harm them.

Edited to add dosage: Corid dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water. If you buy the powder, it would be 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water. Treat for 5 days.

Definitely looks like she could have coccidiosis. As said above, start treatment ASAP with Corid, if you have access to it. The dose is 2 teaspoons of the liquid Corid in one gallon of fresh water, made fresh daily. Treat for 5 days. There is also a drench option that I used for my birds, if the water route doesn't seem to help. She looks small, but mine were too. I can help with the math for the drench route if you'd like. All of my birds made a full recovery, and I'm sure yours can as well.

tell me more about the drench route??

The drench is given in addition to the medicated water. Dosing for the drench is here:

Treat all birds kept together, the medication is very safe, and will do no harm. Coccidiosis can kill quickly, so start ASAP. I would give the drench to any that are lethargic, puffed up, may not be drinking well. Make your medicated water fresh each day.
Products you are looking for below. Most people prefer the liquid for convenience, but either will work.

Here are screenshots with the calculations I used to drench mine. It's 0.1ml/pound of body weight, but if they don't weigh one pound, which it looks like yours may not, it's 0.02ml per 100 grams of body weight. You can give it once or twice per day, up to 3 days. You just syringe it to the beak. I just dripped it right to the side of the beak and mine swallowed it.

I did twice per day for the full 3 days. My boy was pretty bad. He was better after the first day, almost normal on day 2, and you'd never know he was sick by day 3.

I'm happy to to help any other way I can!

Thank you for clarifying, as I did not do a good job of that.

Absolutely give the drench in addition to regular dosing. I never stopped the regular dosing when I added the drench.
