It's good to hear there's still people who enjoy the flavorful yellow wax beans. I have a long growing season left. Temps don't start dipping until mid-late October. Then we'll get Indian summer with daytime temps again in the mid-upper 80s for most of November. I don't bring in the pineapples and plumeria until about halfway between and when overnights consistently get below 50.

I wonder if there's still time to order some and get a harvest this year? By gosh, I think there is! Anyone have a favorite source or one to warn me away from for this particular bean?

They ain't gonna win any beauty contest but they sure do look like good competitors in the yummy tasty category. Makes me want to whip up a loaf of bread.
