Your 2025 Garden

I have those, too!
They grow wild along roadside and in fields around here. In fact the house on the corner that burnt down 3 winters ago was never rebuilt. There's some sort of family issues so it's tied up in legal issues and, except for getting mowed every few weeks, the lot sits empty - the middle of which is awash with a small sea of these sunny cuties.

Replanted(for the 2nd time) more bean seeds. Different seeds than I used before.
Did you get the seeds from Baker Creek? Last year a lot of people had problems with their seeds not sprouting. And it was a lot of different types of seeds.

They used to be one of my standard places to order from. Last year, I had VERY poor germination on something -- chard, I think. I didn't order from them this year.

It might not be the company. In 2021-2022, some post offices were irradiating packages. Since the idiots so badly want another "plague," some post offices may have continued the practice.

I will add that this year's wonderful squash came from 2024 Baker Creek seeds, and the Lemon squash did well, too. But none of the lettuce seeds germinated.

I did not. I don't remember where I got mine but they were basic Burpee seeds. My parents got their seeds from the local hardware store. I do have Baker's Creek seeds, of other things, and had no issues with them this year

I really hope it was a one season thing. I want to go back to ordering from them. I didn't order many seeds at all this year. 4-5 packets, total, I think. Some seeds came from a friend, most were from my own stash, and I ordered some from Sow True Seed.

I really was impressed with Seed Savers, ordered more beans from them.
