Your Breeding Pens!

I cannot imagine a person who would go though the effort of photoshopping a photo of a blue eyed rooster and not even make it the centre of attention- like naming the post "hey, look at my beautiful blue eyed rooster!" this post was just buried and I happened to notice the blue eyes on the bird. I do not think it is fake at all.... but I have been called gullible before.... I hope the owner of the beauty can accommodate with photos. I know I certainly would be breeding this guy til I had a whole flock of them!

I agree with @Minky . I don't think its photoshopped. You have some wonderful birds and great breeding genetics @Poultrybonkers .

I think it's possible, but is usually not that saturated.

If PoultryBonkers can show us some more pictures of the bird in question, I'll be more likely to believe it.

Wow. Even with proof, some people still believe things like this.

Chickens can have blue eyes. But it’s more of a silver/white/frosty blue, called pearl. This is NOT that color. And chickens simply don’t possess the pigment or genetics for it.
I’m going now. Believe what you want to.

I agree.
Although I think the pics of the bird with and without his blue eyes are proof enough.
I did notice that bird in the background, but a lot of birds do look very similar... I guess I just can't imagine why anyone would "fake" it. If that is the case it would be incredibly pathetic, and I choose to have more faith in human kind.
