I love my massive GLW girl. She's 6 months old, and my biggest pullet. Her colors are so beautiful, with her bright gold-red, and her black lacing shining green in the sunlight.

And I finally figured out what she looks like running. Anyone seen the old Disney cartoon Robin Hood? Remember Maid Marian's lady in waiting, Lady Cluck? When she played football, she looks just like my Wynona... almost exactly! My GLW could take on a rhinoceros!

Australorps - whether I get them as adults or chicks.. they are the friendliest and most consistent layers of all my chickens. I'll always have Australorps.

I like how 2 of the 3 breeds I have were mentioned on here sounds like I made some good choices when I got my birds.

I love my GLW and my black Austrolorps but I also like my columbian Wyandottes and am suprised they havent been mentioned

I like sultans but cochins an white crested black polish are the ones everyone seems to wont when they see them.
