your thoughts on this mix. rooster identity please

Yippee, now I can post pix, wondered if any of you knowledgable people could give me a heads up on what this lovely fella is made from. Got him in a batch of bought in eggs, such a sweet nature but currently trying to find a new home for him as I am sure I am going to get a visit from the council regulations people about having him in a town garden.

also, would love to know what this is am guessing it is some kind of game bird. I have two and they are very mottley looking at the moment - hatched 21 Oct. Am wondering if they will get new colours after their first moult. No idea if it is a him or a her.

Here is the other one, They are very timid and skittish and one of them tends to go off on its own, they look so alike I can hardly tell the difference
