Youtube Thumbnails???

Can ya make it happen?
Like when you post a YT vid on Facebook(and other forums I go to) itll show a thumbnail and can watch the vid on this website . . .

So many people post YT vids here, it would really make things alot easier to see their videos without having to leave this site.

I think Nifty said that this would be pretty hard to set up. It would be cool, though!
