Have you ever seen beer butt quail???
It's a 5.5oz can of pineapple juice. Didn't really fit but they rested on top just fine.
And it really made a difference. The quail on the rack was tougher than the pineapple quail.
This was my first quail meal. It was good but it was more for entertainment. There isn't alot of meat on these little guys. I might just keep them for the eggs and only process older ones. I have alot of people that loved my deviled quail eggs at parties and I have a couple guys interested in some hatching eggs.
