Hollar Homestead is good. I also enjoy Wild Wonderful Off Grid, but they're heavy on building stuff right now and not so much on the homestead side. Also, off-color humor warning on that one. Roots and Refuge, who you've probably seen featured or mentioned by Justin by now.
