yucked up butt on adult bird

I hope I posted in the right place. I noticed today one of my EE girls has a very poopy butt. I think that is all it is as far as I can tell. She has a rather fluffy derriere and is bigger than the other girls. I never noticed this as a problem before and they were a year old last week. I will have to wait till tonight to go out and look closer, she's not a fan of me. Any ideas to start with?

Could be so many things. I'd bathe her in a sink or tub, isolate her with food and water and some warmth, and see if she eats/drinks/poos/lays. Let us know.

I dont have any way to isolate her because I have a broody and chicks in Chicken General Hospital at the moment. I will try to clean her off as best I can and keep an eye on her. Im pretty sure she is laying.
