Yum, I just finished making Butterscoth taffy!

I found the recipe in a cookie book and it was soo easy. I just finished making my first batch and I put it in a tray to cool. Waiting is killing me! Right now I'm waiting to cut it and wrap it in wax paper. Not sure what I'll do with it afterwards, but I figure I can stick some in gifts and what not.

Today I will also be making Eggnog Snickerdoodles and Cranberry Lemon Creme cookies. I can't wait! Next week I hope to try making cranberry gum drops. Now THOSE look delicious!

If I remember, I'll grab the book and put them up here. The taffy recipe was so easy! The other ones are a bit more complicated, especially the gum drop one, but I'm up for a challenge!
