Yum Yum Yum chicken eggs in my Tum!

I have 7 chicken and 2 duck females and get lots of eggs and dont really know what to do with them. So I thought asking BYC would help find some of the best recipes ever! ( I'd prefer cake and muffin recipes)

YOu are in the right place for recipes!! IT is a hot topic so check out the threads in theis section and you will find lot of recipes.

I freeze my extra eggs-- I mix in about 1 tsp salt per cup of egg and freeze. Use in a recipe at thawing, just remember the salt is in there!! lol

Ducks give extra nutritious eggs and are GREAT for baking. You get super moist and rich baked goods that way. Use the same as you would a chicken egg.
