These two yummies that my girl snatches and dips with, unless I chop it up.

Try hanging a whole cabbage head on a rope. Make a hole thru it and tie. Your chickens will peck on it, and works really well to prevent boredom during winter. No boredom== less restlessness and pecking on other chickens.
