My husband came out to help me paint the turkey coop. He's never spent anytime in with the poults and I didn't think to warn him about wearing shorts. They were FASCINATED by his hairy legs and enthralled by the red band around the top of his socks. I told him to just ignore them for a while and they'd give up, but they were driving him nuts. He tried sitting down to paint lower parts but that just gave them access to the colorful bits on is shirt and his arm hairs. He fianlly volunteered to redo the bricks outside their gate rather than paint. Poor darlin' chased off by baby turkeys.
