On november, 2013, we had gotten six mosquito control chickens. They all had lived in cages all their life, and we felt bad so we took six of them home. All of them had bald patches or worn down beaks. Now they are 5 (yes, sadly one didnt make it) very happy chickens. We already had one chicken we had gotten a little while before when we got our guinea fowl. The little chickens name is henly. We ended up getting rid of the guinea fowl because it kept killing our chicks and scaring the other chickens, but now they are happy as happy can be. We feed them fresh broccoli and peas and other vegatables out of our garden. If you want to see more picd of them follow @chickenlady11 on instagram, and dont be suprised if you see some pics of YOURS on there to, because if I think your chicks or chickens are really cute or really cool ( if I actually see your blog ) then I post them to make more people out there to understand chickens arent stupid creatures that cant take care of themselves and to make them realize that they are actually really cool birds.
