Hello Everyone! I am very glad to be here. I've been lurking these hallowed pages for awhile now and finally decided to get on board. Thank you to everyone's input on what,how, and when to do, and what to expect. If not for all this information upfront I would not have been bold enough to try. I love all the enthusiasm, it's so fun. I now have three beautiful Blue Lace Red Wyandottes and one adorable Indian Runner duck. They are fifteen weeks old today! I recently completed the Zen House and run and I'm very proud of my homemade efforts.

I'm still not finished with the run. It needs a top and I also want to get better water and feed stations built. The duck's messy habits are throwing a monkey wrench in the works, so I'll be looking for more ideas.
I hope you all like my design, I have a long blog I wrote for sparkpeople (weight loss site) that I will post about the construction and how it came about. I think I need to put that in the coop forum right?
