I saw it at Petco the other day, and it is only 7 Bucks. I figured I'd ask if any of you guys have used it. It has a long probe, and I am thinking of buying it to use in the incubators.

Here's Google Image of it. The package says it is very accurate, and I think it even said it reacted quickly to temperature changes.

Thanks for any help. It is a zoo med brand, and I know that this is a good brand for the reptile people, I have even seen some people use the Zoo Med thermostats for reptile egg incubators (with great results)

I figured it was worth a try. I mean 7 bucks is pretty good for a digital thermometer.

The only thing I don't like, is that it doesn't have memory of the High/Low temperature fluctuations. I still think I want to purchase it though.

Well, most of you guys aren't reptile people, I expected someone that has used it, but that's Okay.

Do any of you guys know a good reptile forum I can go to and get a little info on how well it works.

I have one of these on my Leopard Gecko's cage. It works just fine, seems to react fairly quickly to temp changes. Only problem I have with it is that the suction cup doesn't like to stick the side of the tank anymore, and it tends to fall off. I doubt that would be a problem for use in an incubator, however. :P

Thanks for the reply! I guess I will test it out, and if it doesn't work out I guess I will take it back.

Again, Thank You.
