Zoo Med thermometer vs Little Giant 9300 thermometer

I recently bought a new incubator since my old one was too old. I got the Little Giant 9300 for now. The temp reads at 99.5-99.6 consistently. I havent seen it go up or down since I set it up 4 days ago. However, my Zoo Med thermometer reads 98.8. Which one do I trust? Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Honestly I'd trust the Zoo Med one over the LG one. Have you calibrated them to one you know to be correct? I'd just do that and then you'll know for sure.

Havent calibrated them. I'll need to get a 3rd thermometer and compare then.
