Zuchini

They love it more than people who have been eating it all summer! I let some grow big as they seem to go after the seeds first and the pulp second.

My girls didn't like it. When I put it out for them, they pecked it and tasted it a little, threw bites of it on the ground, and then didn't want anything to do with it. I left it out all day and nothing.

Mine love yellow and green squash, TOMATOES (big time), watermelon, chopped soft apples, almost anything. Bananas however, were not a big hit.

Mine also did not like bananas, but love the big cucumbers that aren't good for anything. I slice them in half lengthwise and they eat every bit except the skin. Also watermelon and muskmelon the same.

My girls do not like zuchinni and cataloupe. They love over sized cucumbers and they love tomatoes. And they go crazy over watermelon. They didnt like honeydews either.

About THIS time of year.......
when I lived in Northern Colorado................

When we happened to stop for a beer or two after work.......
We ALWAYS rolled up the windows and LOCKED the doors!

If'n ya didn't......

People would fill your vehicle with Zucchini !!!

Even chickens can only eat just "so much" zucchini.......!!!

Ya might try switchin' 'em over to okra.

So far, mine seem to like pretty much anyhting I'm willing to provide them; overripe toamtoes, superannuated swiss chard, squishy grapes, canteloupe guts, leftover bread, leftover Rice Chex in milk, cheese rinds, elderly cucumbers, watermelon, beet greens, motheaten basil, bok choy, bananas, banana peels, bacon crumbles, sweet corn, green beans, wilted lettuce, genoa salami, cicadas, crickets, worms, bolted fennel, etc. etc.

Oh, and layer feed. NOT picky eaters.
