Help me decide if this is a roo or pullet please

I have a white leghorn chick that we are having a hard time telling if it is a Roo or a Pullet. We think it is a roo but some people have told us it might b a pullet. (Sorry he is a little wet we needed him a bath. I will get a better pic when I can)

Yes, a dry photo will be more helpful in gender identification -- in addition we need to know the age of the bird (in weeks is best). WL can cause concern regarding gender as even pullets can sprout some decent combs fairly early.
