Hi everyone,
Trying to decide which cockerel to put with my two hens, anyone have any suggestions will really help as the cockerels are starting to fight now. They're 15 weeks old. My favourite is number 1 but he has to much white, my second favourite is number two who I think I might go with...
Okay thank you, I think I will take them to the vets to see what they think, I will check there ears over now and there houses just incase it is mites then I will have a go treating them myself. Yeah probably best to separate them just incase.
Thanks for helping so soon
Help,
My tolbunt polish hen and cockerel have both got there heads hanging on the floor but are both standing, it's as if they can't lift there head at all. They just stand there wobbling but not doing anything. There 10 altogether in the same pen but non of the others are looking like it at...
They also don't develop the white crest intill they are around 10 weeks I believe. There's a picture of a WC red in with tolbunts, she's 10 weeks now and 3 white feathers have come through on her crest now. The other two hens I believe are around 15 weeks
Theres tons, I have no ideas on exactly how many but a lot. The are a fair few breeders in Europe creating new colours all the time. These come in buff to, so white crested buffs but you never know what colour you will be getting in till the first moult. I will send a picture over if the white...
I've got some tolbunt polish growers, all hatched from the same eggs but one cock has no white on him either. He's moulting at the moment. Will see what happens after he finishes his moult as some white feathers have come through on his crest
My tolbunts, one pen they are growers and around 18 weeks I think. The others in the other pen are around 8 months and unrelated ( the pen with 2 cocks and 2 hens)
Hi everyone,
Does anybody ship eggs to the UK or know of anyone who does? Or has anyone posted before and know wether there are any breeders in the UK, I've never seen any in the UK in till about a month ago when someone sold a BB red cock, didn't have time to get in contact though and can't...
I have a sliver laced wyandotte cockerel just like that, the only difference is that he will attack anyone and anything other than me. The first time he went for me I went back at him, just simply hit him on the top of the head with your boot and keep doing it intill he backs off and runs. Non...
Hi,
Hope somene can helps what's the difference between the shone, ko shamo and o shamo? Also can you cross colours and still come out with a pure colour, for example a blue cock with a Wheaton hen and the chicks come out either blue or Wheaton, or do they come out a mix of the colours. Like...
Hi, can't find any info on this. I'm basically wondering can you mix different colour shamos with one another and their offspring to turn out a pure colour? Or do you have to breed them with the same colour. Also are KO shamo, O shamo and shamo the same thing
Thanks
