These pictures are of a 6 week old chick. Anyone know what the breed is? Also I know it is early but what do you think roo or pullet?

My daughter got this chick out of a straight run bin. She cannot remember the breed and well I am clueless... I worry that it may be a boy as it walks around with it's tail standing straight up and my other chicks have theirs down. Anyway what are your thought?
