My mom saw a cat near the coop and shooed it away, and after school I came to check on the and there faces were bloodied and one of their combs was ripped.There was blood on the wire, so they must have torn it in an attempt to get away from the cat! What can I do to disinfect?! Please Help!

What can I feed my 3-week old chicks as treats? I gave them egg, they liked it, I gave them yogurt, they weren't interested, and I gave them a worm, which they went crazy over. Also, is it okay to feed chicks bread?
He/She is bigger than the other three chicks, has more feathers, and a larger comb. It has been flying a lot too. I desperately want it to be a hen because it's illegal to own a rooster in Boulder. Here are some pics:
