My mom saw a cat near the coop and shooed it away, and after school I came to check on the and there faces were bloodied and one of their combs was ripped.There was blood on the wire, so they must have torn it in an attempt to get away from the cat! What can I do to disinfect?! Please Help!

After 6 weeks, we finally finished the chicken coop! And it's residents!

I say any animal in the world that I wanted, and then you say yours! If I could have any animal in the world it would be a fox!

When can I start feeding scratch to my chicks? They are seven weeks old now.

Should I put the feeder and waterer in the coop, in the pen, or one in each?

It hurts! They peck at the food and it hurts my hands. Is there anything I can do to make them eat "gentler"? I know it sounds crazy but anyway...

My BO chick is getting her head feathers in and the down is still ontop of the pin feathers so it sticks out!

What can I feed my 3-week old chicks as treats? I gave them egg, they liked it, I gave them yogurt, they weren't interested, and I gave them a worm, which they went crazy over. Also, is it okay to feed chicks bread?
