Can i keep my rooster outside all day and night? He is about 7 weeks old and has most of his feathers. It doesn't get below 45 at night here, but there would be no heating lamp in his coop. Can i put him outside, or should i wait? If i should wait, how long?

He/She is a silver laced wyandotte and about six to seven weeks old. There are three others of this breed in my flock, but none of them have a comb like he/she does. Please help me figure this out! I need to sell him/her if he/she really is a rooster! Thank you and have a wonderful day. -Sophie
