I guess - in my personal opinion - they went HIGH. Guieneas were going well over 25$ per bird (I think maybe only one cage went under that price)... Roosters were not a hot item, $1-4 per bird altho a cage of two Buff Orphington Roos went for $14 per bird...hens were high. $20 for Americana hen...

Wonderful looking birds. Do you find that you have any problems listed that come along with that breed? (more susceptible to mites/lice and clogged vent feathers, specifically) It's hard to know how more hands-on some birds are when you read the breed reviews b/c some owners are more critical...
