The Jaers the hen hatched out are all doing fine so far. Out of 11 eggs, 9 hatched. 8 girls and one boy.

My new total is 5 girls and one boy. 5 more eggs in the nest. One slightly older Polish in there to teach the how to eat.

All my Jaer chicks have been dying. I have a couple pullets, but everything since then has dies around day 5 to 10. my thought; I add game bird feed to up the protein of the chick feed. Could this be what is doing in the Jaers? To much protein? That is the only difference I can think of...
