No, thank God. He cried for a couple minutes each time we put him back and then settled down again. Everybody's a critic.

He got some snuggles in bed but we are firm believers in crate training. Adult dogs have full reign of the house and only retreat to their crate for self imposed "alone time."

My sweet and amazing MIL offered to keep her for another night so we could all settle. She is having a blast at the ranch with her "cousins." I am so tired.

It's gonna be a loooong night. 😫

A big Chester! I just put him in his crate for the first time. He can see me but from the sounds coming out of his little body, you'd think he's being skinned alive.
