You *must* catch her and give her a thorough exam, because it's quite possible that her nest has mites, which could mean that she has mites and is no anemic. Another thing to look for are maggots. Since she broke many of the eggs, it's possible that they attracted flies and that she has maggots...
I've used 5% Sevin, permethrin dust and Vectra 3D for lice (not at same time). Vectra 3D is an expensive topical that one can get from their vet, but it's so expensive ($12 per large fowl) that I only used it once.

My bumble foot experience is limited to two, one I took to the vet and she prescribed Baytril for infection and Metacam for pain, the other one I was able to squeeze the pus out and she recovered without and medication.
Would be helpful to know what antibiotics are at Tractor Supply.

A body score of two is okay, and I can imagine many ducks might be just a two, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on. I don't want to scare anyone, but a body score of one doesn't usually end well.
