You are right about waiting a couple of weeks to be sure. In my lines the pullets have thin combs and don't have wattles showing at such a young age, but other lines might.

The large single comb, wide rose comb and wattles at such a young age says to me they are both roosters

I have found that my splash rooster over my two black laced hens produce medium blue hens but darker blue roosters than I like to see. Now with splash over blue hens I am getting the proper medium blue roosters Genetics are a funny thing!
