I wouldnt order from any hatchery, just my opinion. Go to the top of the page where it says Forum, then click on "But Sell Trade" and go to hatching eggs. Tons of people on here sell eggs!

Are the hen and roo related? Brother and sister? White is not fatal in silkies. We breed white to white all the time. I would guess it is something genetic.

I actually prefer no fan for hatching. Humidity seems to level out and hold better. The air movement dries up the water in the incubator and messes with my humidity level.

I dont have to worry about that as I have a cabinet and at "lockdown" my eggs come out of the turner and go into a separate area to hatch.
