Make sure to check them daily for pasty butt. I'd give her a couple drops 2X a day in her mouth and let her drink save a chick along with the rest. The best eye ointment would be from feed store terramycin or Veterycin spray I think I have seen where members have used a little neosporin with out pain around the eye too, but I'd wrap her gently in a soft towel or cloth and try to look into her eye she may have something in it like dust from the bedding or from the feed. If the other chicks aren't stepping on her or picking on her I'd leave her with them. You can make a saline wash by using a small amount of salt 1/8 teaspoon to a cup of warm water and gently rinsing the eye if you suspect there is something in it.
Would it work just the same if I dip her beak in it? How much does she need? And how do I rinse her eye with saline?
