The shamo should start laying here soon, they wait for real spring a little warmer weather and plenty of sunlight.... they're picky like that

the gentleman who gave me my stag and 4 hens said he will give me some wildcat blue eggs. the birds he gave me are a hatch/roundhead/kelso cross. but i was wondering if u could tell me something about the wildcat blue, please.
by the way, you were right about the stag, he will NOT allow another roo in the pen with him, he almost killed my polish, had him down and was tearing him up, i caught it just in time and now the polish has his own pen

Well we keep Miner Blues so I'm hardly a Wildcat expert but I believe they have some Hatch in them... blues really are some of my favorites in part for all the colors they throw...

Quick history on the Wildcats....

BLUES, WILD CAT: Originator, C. C. Lundy, of Ga.

Bloodlines: English Blue Cock X Knobcomb blue hens; possibly Lundy R. H. blood.

Description: Blues, pyles, green and yellow legs, red eyes.

The ones I seen before were all "Hatchy" looking, with the green legs. Cool thing about blues is the variety of color you get with them. Make very pretty birds to have on your yard. We like our blues....

We do sell eggs

feel free to PM me if you see anything you would like or want to know more about what we have... we'll be done hatching here and ready to ship eggs in the next month or so.
