You mean the live ones? If so, still alive!!! I just need them to sit tight for a few more days... True hatch date is supposed to be the 20th. Work on absorbing yolk and blood vessels. They don't struggle a lot, only when light is shined in the bator. I've got the viewing windows covered for darkness.
As for the dead ones, I have to go with bad incubation. I'll be thoroughly testing this bator before I use it again. @WVduckchick and I were discussing what new bator I should buy in June. WV, what one are you using again?

I'm using a Brinsea 20 Advance EX now with the humidity pump. But it doesn't hold a ton of duck eggs. I think you and I had talked about the IncuView from incubator warehouse?
 
The incuview sound familiar. I need to be able to set about 40-50 at a time. Then my best broodies do the rest throughout April-August. I also want to be able to set emergency sets. Abandoned nests, dangerous nest location....
 
I use my old Roll-X incubators from the 1980s. I don't hatch large numbers - maybe 150 over a decade.

If an egg gets to internal pipping, it is getting out one way or the other. I've only lost one assisted chick. It looked fine but died about 48h after hatching from no obvious cause.

I had a couple "stargazer" ducklings that kept flipping on their backs after I got them out of their shells. I turned them right side up and stuck them under a towel in the brooder for a couple hours and they got past it. They are now 2 years old and completely normal.

I'm getting ready to hatch some goose eggs. I didn't have such great luck with my first hatch last year. I got 2 out of 6 eggs, and one of these chicks developed a roach back. A couple of the chicks that didn't hatch pipped in the small end and drowned before I found them. I hope this year's hatch will go better. I've only ever lost one of my assists too and he died about 9 days later. I think he had digestive problems. From the time it hatched it had a runny mustard like poo. He was active and seemed normal except for that for the first week. He ate and everything, but did not grow at all. Then the last two days he just took a bad turn and became real weak. I could not get that diarrhea to clear up for nothing.
 
The two open eggs are still peeping and yawning this morning.

The last two eggs quit last night. Eggtopsies showed fully formed lings, but these eggs were filled with goo and one ducklings was swollen. Yolk sacks were slightly smaller than the last ones.

Did they smell bad at all?

No off odor. More goo than any eggs I've opened before. And instead of clumps of the goo, the lings were surrounded by it. Some of that I'll attribute to having such high humidity the last few days.
Since the bator only has the two open eggs now, with live babies. Where should my humidity be at? Is there things I should be doing at this stage.

Had 2 wrong-end pippers this past weekend. One made it out on its own, and I majorly assisted the second. The first has a messed up leg though, and I believe I will be culling it when I get home this evening. (IF my dear hubby doesn't do it for me today... he said he would, if he felt up to it) The one I fully assisted is perfect! It pipped about halfway down the shell and never progressed. I increased the hole Monday morning (probably around 36 hours from pip!), I figured it would die while I was at work, but it didn't. Monday evening, I chipped shell away until it scooted out on its own. Its doing great so far today!

High. I'd make sure it's up 70-75% Even with high humidity, when you have a big area of exposed membranes they can still become dry, so just make sure you keep an eye on them. If you have bacitracin I'd put a little of that on the membranes, or vaseline to help keep them from drying.Other than that.
