Do quail eggs need a fan? What kind of cheap fans can I use?

Do quail eggs need a fan during incubation? If they do, what can I do for a cheap, decent fan for my incubator? I heard of someone just using a dollar store fan, does anyone have any brand or something to recommend?
 
Ive hatched out quail in 2 little giants all of these were little giant still airs

since last september.I put a fan in my other one and it doesent seem to work as well.It may have been me,ive been in hospital every 3 days for a few months.I stick a theromenter on right front,make sure sensor is under controller.I ran about 99.9 to 100.I just switched to two genns.s

If you have a little giant,you can get one for about $30.00.Im not using mine again.If I do ill put old heater back in
 
So do you think I will need a fan for my still-air 2150 Farm Innovators incubator?
