No baking today, I had to make a 4 hour round trip to pick up a new coop! 
It was on FB marketplace for pretty cheap, considering the quality. It's a lovely 12' long mustard yellow coop/run with a chicken shaped coop door!

I’m planning to bring out the dough from bulk ferment in a few hours, and baking later tonight. Good thing it’s cooling down well in the evenings!

Dark lentils red lentils okra and shard. All spiced up, then cooked my rice in the same pot which add a nice colour and flavour too it. There's another portion for tomorrow
So I feel really nourished
Too hot to bake here too. Feels-like temps in the triple-digits for days. Tomorrow, expected to be over 113. We are AC hibernating. I bought a one-qt ice cream maker! Gonna try it out this afternoon!

It’s great to see you too Marie! I am doing well, just got a load of wood chips moved. Had to stop and clean up for a dentist appt. because I broke a molar eating pistachios!How are you? Good to see you again
I can laugh because it doesn’t hurt. I won’t be laughing when the bill comes.
