For those of you who know about auto mechanics, here’s what happened to the car that broke down recently.

Cylinder 3 lifter completely busted. $2000.00 fix.

DARN.
Did you have to get a new engine? Stuff like that can break a piston

Have you ever got that eye contact when the are trying to tell you something? I find that incredible.
Sammy, my young Sheltie, is an eye-talker. He will come and stare at me when he wants something. If I ignore or pretend not to notice him right away, he will "Rrrrr"at me, lol. It is not a growl. It is a note of impatience to get my attention. If I continue to ignore, he does it louder and will dance a little. When I finally look at him, he smiles and wags his tail. Then we begin the game of "What do you want?" He is quite adept at making his wishes known. He owns me!

Buster, my dog, is the same way.

That's what I thought. All the pictures show frozen fries, Banquet Fried Chicken, and stuff like that being cooked.

Those with the Air Fry lid, what are you cooking in there?
Or even those with an Instant pot, what do you cook in there? I see mine becoming a rice cooker ... and I already had one of those.
I have both air fryer with racks I've made french fries from scratch. Biscuits, baked 8 x 8 cornbread , tater tots, homeade pizza, cooked hamburgers in it . If you want things crispy then coat with oil like pam spray. Yes you can cook wet things too it will just drop through racks. . I cook bacon in it . It only goes up to 400 degrees mine had a rotisserie option I have used for cabobs and brats.

My instapot pressure cooks, steams, slow cooks, sautes . I use them both

When I ask what do you want mine looks in direction of whatever it is, sometimes his eyes just looks there while he remains still then stares at me. This could be food or even letting me know the cat is at the door. :).
