Great demo on the scrambled egg experiment . Maybe your son could use the pics in his science project.
Have never cooked scrambled eggs for us without salt and pepper, but always thought added milk or cream was why they turned out fluffy - will have to try them with just the seasonings next time.
Too bad salt is not good for the flock, bet they would prefer theirs fluffier as well
Edited to add - have you considered entering the salted scrambled eggs in the Contest ? I think it might meet the criteria?
