Any Home Bakers Here?

I was given a gf recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough. For baked cookies, a few ingredients need to be added.

To bake, add 1/4 C self rising flour or use oatmeal and a 1/4 tsp baking powder.
They don’t spread well, so flatten before baking.
Bake @325* for ten to twelve minutes, allow to cool on pan 5 minutes.

I don’t know how the baked cookies taste since I really don’t like pb cc cookies, and the taste tester is asleep.
 
Hello! Never seen this thread before! I bake a little, mainly help my mom bake, but I enjoy it! Last week I spent 13 hours making croissants by myself! It was crazy but fun! They turned out delicious, and I made a custard to go in them!
